A doula led, intensive antenatal course to help you feel confident & prepared for birth. Struggling to find time to commit to a longer, weekly antenatal course? Finding that online classes lack connection? Perhaps you have already experienced birth & would like a refresher. Then our Birth Masterclass is the course for you!! Delivered over one day, you will learn all you need to know about birth. Over the 6 hour session we will cover: • The birth journey • Comfort measures for labour • Breathing techniques & movement for labour • Understanding induction & interventions • Birth planning & knowing your rights The session is delivered by an antenatal teacher of 11 years and a practising birth doula, with experience across all local NHS hospitals. Refreshments, fruits and pastries are included as well as comprehensive electronic notes. Classes will be held at our *NEW* venue The Old School, Old Wolverton Road, Wolverton, MK12 5NH. Ideally located for expectant parents in Milton Keynes, Towcester & Buckingham. Class time: 10am-4pm. We will have a break for refreshments throughout the day and also for lunch. Fruit & pastries are included but we would recommend bringing your own lunch. Investment: £140 per ticket (this is for 2 people).
